Project

Gracious Georgian

Built in the 1930s, this beautiful brick home was poised for its second act when our clients fell in love with it at first glance. The homeowners could see its potential but also recognized that the house lacked good flow and a space plan that would optimally support their lively family of four. To bring their vision to life, we teamed up with architect John K. Voight and builder Brian Davis of Davis Design Company. While honoring the architectural integrity of the original home, we introduced modern amenities, a generous floor plan and lively yet elegant touches . The result is a harmonious blend of classic character and contemporary comfort.
